CORPORATE TEAM CHALLENGE

WBBA Corporate Team Challenge:
The World Beach Body Association invites corporations to take part in the newly created Corporate Team Challenge—a test of teamwork, determination, and transformational success. This is your company’s chance to embrace health and fitness while competing for the highly coveted Corporate Champion Team Belt!
Challenge Overview
Participating corporations are encouraged to register teams of 5 to 20 members. Each team will embark on a transformative journey, with the focus solely on achieving the highest average weight loss per person over the challenge duration.

How It Works

1: Team Registration:
  • Corporations can register their teams via WBBA event organisers.
  • Each team can consist of up to 20 people, ensuring everyone—from executives to entry-level staff—has an opportunity to join. Corporations with more than 20 competitors may enter mutiple teams.
2: Initial Weigh-In, Seminar & Guidance:
  • Upon registration, WBBA will send a certified personal trainer (CPT) to conduct an official team weigh-in at your workplace.
  • A group "Before" picture will be taken at the initial weigh-in to document the team’s starting point and showcase their journey.
  • During the weigh-in, the CPT will also lead a comprehensive seminar on:
  • Effective exercise strategies tailored to various fitness levels.
  • Nutritional advice for sustainable and effective weight loss.
  • Participants will receive:
  • A nutrition eBook filled with practical tips and meal plans based on their recommended calories intake.
  • Access to video resources on exercise and daily routines/habits.
  • Free access to online workout videos and further nutrition tips that they can follow from the comfort of their homes.
  • The seminar and resources are included as part of your registration ensuring all participants have all the tools and knowledge they need to succeed in the challenge and stay motivated throughout their journey.
3: The Challenge Period:
  • Teams will work together, supporting each other to make healthier lifestyle choices and maximise their weight loss. The starting date for the next available challenge is 1 April 2025 and concluded on show day.
4: Final Weigh-In:
  • At the end of the challenge, a WBBA official will conduct the final weigh-in to determine each team’s average weight loss.
  • The winner will be decided based on the highest average weight loss per person.
Showcase on Showday
On showday, teams will take to the WBBA stage to proudly present their transformed physiques. The "BEFORE" picture will be displayed in the background to highlight each team’s incredible progress. Participants are encouraged to wear outfits they feel confident and comfortable in as they celebrate their achievements. This is a time to shine and inspire others with your incredible journey!
