This category celebrates not only physical fitness but also the dedication, discipline, and resilience that define our service personnel. It’s a platform to represent both pride in profession and commitment to health.

Judging Criteria

Physique+

Athletic, functional body with balanced muscle tone and conditioning.

Presentation+

Professional, composed, and confident demeanor on stage.

Proportions+

Emphasis on strength, posture, and balanced proportions.

Marketability+

Inspirational presence that reflects leadership, discipline, and a positive public image.

Entry Levels

Under 40

40+

(Open to current or former servicewomen across military, police, emergency services, frontline health, etc.)

Attire & Presentation

Clothing+

Crop top and short tights (functional, modest, and suited to performance/athletic assessment).

Hair & Makeup+

Natural and professional—minimal but polished styling encouraged.

Tanning+

Optional—must be clean and consistent if applied. Focus remains on professionalism and tone.

Stage Walk+

Controlled and composed walk that reflects strength, pride, and unity. Salute or respectful gesture optional at center stage.
